Saddle Canyon (west) — This canyon is the drainage west from the saddle of Powell Plateau and the rim. It is a passable route through the Redwall into Tapeats Canyon, but there are several difficult bypasses of falls and chockstones. Getting wet is assured and a short rope is required.
