Indian Garden — This tourist trap and campground at the midpoint of Bright Angel Trail offers every amenity except a snack bar. You will have to make it to Phantom Ranch if you need more civilization than this.

Trails — The Bright Angel Trail continues to Pipe Creek, and a dusty over-used mule-trail forks to Plateau Point. Tonto Trail goes east heading upper Pipe Creek to the South Kaibab Trail junction (a rather long loop day-hike); next east is Cremation Canyon. Tonto west goes to Horn Creek Canyon.

Routes — The Old Devils Corkscrew is the secret track to Pipe Creek.
